Thank you for taking the time to view this page and consider donating to our cause. Andy Kiriakedes and I, Erik Supplee, will be partaking in the David Goggins 4x4x48 challenge (run 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours) beginning March 5th. As part of our journey, we wanted to raise money for a cause we felt worthy of the challenge and our personal beliefs. Goggins is a retired Navy SEAL with a resume and background that could not be made up in a Hollywood script. It is a story that has inspired both of us and one we hope will inspire many more. In December 2019, Andy and I were lucky enough to take a quick whirlwind trip through Europe and Africa that was highlighted by a week in Tanzania. This was my third trip to the country and Andy’s first. While we did not climb Mount Kilimanjaro, the region and people made a lasting impression on us. To say the least, it is magical and inspiring. We are taking this opportunity to raise money for the Conquering Kili program under Waterboys, an initiative of the Chris Long Foundation. This program supports military veterans and their journey up the mountain to raise money for local communities. The climb up Kilimanjaro signifies the journey women take everyday to provide clean water for their communities. We hope that the mileage we rack up over the 48 hours of the 4x4x48 will garner your support to help all the individuals involved in this project. Thank you for taking part in our mission to provide water to communities in need.
