About Joe Thomas

The $16.73 Campaign
Joe Thomas is celebrating joining Waterboys and wants you to join with him! Donate at least $16.73 (the combination of his and his ThomaHawk Show co-host Andrew Hawkin’s NFL numbers) between now and 11/26 for clean water, and Joe will reward one lucky donor with an appearance on the ThomaHawk Show!

Retired NFL OT Joe Thomas is a Cleveland legend, after playing his entire 11-season career with the Cleveland Browns. An alum of the University of Wisconsin, where he earned unanimous All-American honors and was a two-time college All-American, Thomas was chosen with the third overall pick in the 2007 NFL Draft. Thomas is regarded as one of the best offensive lineman of all time, earning invites to the Pro Bowl in each of his first 10 seasons in the NFL – the only offensive lineman in NFL history to be voted to 10 consecutive Pro Bowls. He currently holds the longest consecutive snaps streak since the NFL began recording snap counts in 1999. On NFL.com, Thomas was chosen as the 7th greatest offensive tackle of all time, as well as the third greatest Cleveland Brown of all time. In 2019, Thomas was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame. Since retirement, Thomas now co-hosts the popular ThomaHawk Show podcast and also cohosts Thursday Night Football on NFL Network. Thomas joined Waterboys in 2019 as one of its Superfans, committed to bringing clean water to one million in need.
