Haloti Ngata is an American football defensive tackle for the Philadelphia Eagles of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the University of Oregon and earned consensus All-American honors. Ngata was drafted by the Baltimore Ravens in the first round of the 2006 NFL Draft, played for the Ravens for nine seasons, and helped the team to victory in Super Bowl XLVII. In 2015, Ngata was traded to the Detroit Lions and played there for three seasons before joining the Philadelphia Eagles in 2018. Over the course of his career, Ngata has been selected for the Pro Bowl five times. He currently lives in Maryland with his wife Christina and their three sons.
